A.V. Ranganath, Commissioner of the Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA), expressed strong displeasure over the inaction of the Hayathnagar police inspector in addressing a land dispute in Koheda. The dispute, centered around Survey Nos. 951 and 952, involves a farmhouse owner and plot buyers locked in a prolonged conflict.
During a visit to the disputed site, Commissioner Ranganath was appalled to find deadly weapons at the location. He reprimanded the inspector for failing to register an attempt-to-murder case despite reported attacks on plot owners. “If someone encroaches on land you’ve purchased, only then will you understand the victims’ pain,” Ranganath remarked, highlighting the gravity of the situation.Assuring the affected plot owners of justice, the Commissioner noted that the establishment of the HYDRA police station was a direct response to such issues in the region. He reiterated HYDRAA’s commitment to protecting citizens’ rights and ensuring swift action in such cases.
HYDRAA (Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency) actively safeguards public and private assets, as demonstrated by Commissioner Ranganath’s intervention in the Koheda land dispute, ensuring justice for plot owners facing encroachment and violence.
