Shraddha is a multifaceted individual, combining her professional background as a lawyer with a deep passion for mental health advocacy and writing. As an author, she has published three books, reflecting her commitment to sharing valuable insights and stories. Beyond her literary work, is dedicated to fostering meaningful change in society, particularly in the realm of women's empowerment.

One of her significant endeavors is the creation of a community called "She Against She." This initiative is born from a crucial observation: while gender equality has been a widely discussed topic, a less frequently addressed issue is how women sometimes unintentionally hinder one another. According to Shraddha, internalized patriarchy, societal conditioning, and unhealthy competition can lead women to suppress, judge, or even harm other women—often unknowingly. This dynamic contributes to an erosion of the sisterhood that should ideally unite women in mutual support and empowerment.

With "She Against She," Shraddha seeks to shine a light on this issue and encourage women to reflect on how they may, unintentionally, play a role in holding each other back. Her goal is not to blame but to raise awareness and initiate positive change. She advocates for breaking this harmful cycle, encouraging women to support one another more consciously and foster genuine bonds of sisterhood.

Through this community, Shraddha aims to provide a platform for dialogue, healing, and empowerment, ultimately working to reshape how women interact with each other and strengthen their collective strength.

While speaking with white silicon agency she said "My vision from this is I may not change the people around but surely I want to counsel women who are suppressing themselves because of some or the other pressure. I want them to stand up for themselves irrespective of the consequences. Don't let yourself die everyday because of these norms. Life already knows how to treat a person. Let not people teach us. Live and let live is the objective.
